This is a starting template for HDEETS's terms — have it reviewed by a lawyer before publishing it as final.
By creating an account or using HDEETS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
HDEETS provides AI-powered tools that read, organize, and act on documents tied to a home or property, including for homeowners, real estate professionals, and insurance professionals. HDEETS is currently offered as an early access product and may change as it develops.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload to HDEETS. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you provide.
HDEETS's AI agents act only within the permissions you grant. You're responsible for reviewing agent actions where the product asks you to confirm them. HDEETS does not guarantee the outcome of any claim, renewal, listing, or transaction an agent helps prepare or initiate — final decisions rest with the relevant third party (an insurer, county office, buyer, and so on).
You agree not to use HDEETS for anything unlawful or fraudulent, to upload documents you don't have the right to share, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
Early access to HDEETS may be offered for free or at a promotional rate. Any future pricing will be communicated to you in advance of being charged.
You may stop using HDEETS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
HDEETS is provided "as is." HDEETS is not a law firm, insurance carrier, or real estate brokerage, and nothing in the product constitutes legal, financial, insurance, or real estate advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDEETS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms as HDEETS evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@hdeets.com.
