• Account information — name, email, and role (homeowner, agent, insurer, etc.)
• Documents and files you upload — inspection reports, permits, warranties, photos, plans, and similar records
• Usage data — how you interact with HDEETS, including device and log information

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service: to parse and organize the documents you upload, to power the AI agents that track deadlines and take actions you've authorized, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep HDEETS secure and reliable.

How AI processing works

Documents you upload are processed by AI to extract relevant details (dates, coverage, parties, and similar facts). Agents only take action within the permissions you set — HDEETS does not file a claim, share a document, or contact a third party on your behalf without your authorization.

How we protect your data

Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to your account and files is controlled by permissions you set, and every share is logged and can be revoked at any time.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share information only when you direct us to (for example, sharing a document with a buyer or adjuster), with service providers who help us operate HDEETS under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete individual documents or your entire account at any time. When you do, we remove the associated data from active systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Children's privacy

HDEETS is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
